FOCUS IT FARM<\/strong> provides you with the Service subject to the following terms. Before using the Site, you must read and agree to all terms contained in these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy. We strongly urge you to read the linked Privacy Policy as well as these Terms of Use. If these Terms of Use conflict with any other document, these Terms of Use will control. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site in any way. You must visit this page to read the most current version of the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change or modify the Terms of Use of the Site without notice, and your continued access to or use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of the updated or modified Terms of Use.<\/li><\/ul>

    • \u00a0When a customer contacts Focus IT Firm and is interested in a service, we send a proposal or quotation for that service.<\/li><\/ul>
      \u00a0<\/div>
      • \u00a0If the customer confirms to us that he is willing to work as per the details in the proposal, then we send a work order format so that the customer returns it to our official mail with his institutional name, seal and signature. Then we start the service related activities.<\/li><\/ul>
        \u00a0<\/div>
        • \u00a0The customer is required to pay 50% in advance with the work order.<\/li><\/ul>
          \u00a0<\/div>
          • We specify an annual maintenance charge for each service in the proposal. If the customer is willing to pay it and submits a work order, we take responsibility for the maintenance.<\/li><\/ul>
            \u00a0<\/div>
            • \u00a0If it is website maintenance, we just try our best to get the site back up and running if there is any outage. In case of hosting issues or hacking issues, we try our best, although we have limitations in this regard.<\/li><\/ul>
              \u00a0<\/div>
              • We provide the customer with full information about the hosting provider and all the access they have. So, if any hosting related issues arise later, we try to the best of our ability.<\/li><\/ul>
                \u00a0<\/div>
                • If the customer, due to his inexperience, causes such damage that the site may need to be completely rebuilt, then the customer must pay a separate service charge.<\/li><\/ul>
                  \u00a0<\/div>
                  • \u00a0Previously, this has not been done, but if the customer wants to add any new features, they must submit the payment determined by Focus IT Firm and mail a new work order.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                    \u00a0<\/div>
                    • \u00a0Developed by Focus IT Firm, this credit is mandatory for every organization to put on their website. Otherwise, their maintenance contract will be cancelled.<\/li><\/ul>
                      \u00a0<\/div>
                      • A maximum of 10 products are uploaded to the e-commerce website + all core functions are developed<\/li><\/ul>
                        \u00a0<\/div>
                        • A maximum of 10 pages are designed for a portfolio or news portal site. Additional charges will be added for more pages.<\/li><\/ul>
                          \u00a0<\/div>
                          • We do not share any customer's confidential information with any third party. For example, we do not share any customer's personal information, mobile number, email or any confidential information related to their website with anyone. Even after the project is completed, the customer can change his important password at his own risk. We are not obligated to do so.<\/li><\/ul>
                            \u00a0<\/div>
                            • If a potential customer comes to us and wants to see some previously developed work, we randomly send them the links on our list as a demo. This is just so that our customer can see or verify our previous work experience.<\/li><\/ul>
                              \u00a0<\/div>
                              • \u00a0We are committed to solving any problem our valued customers have which is mentioned in maintenance. We try to provide quick support by understanding the nature of the problem.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                \u00a0<\/div>
                                • We generally provide support via email, WhatsApp, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer. However, when necessary, we work with the customer's site access information ourselves.<\/li><\/ul>
                                  \u00a0<\/div>
                                  • When we start working on a project\/service\/website by accepting the 50% payment given with the work order, it is taken for the initial development charges and purchase of various tools\/software\/scripts\/themes\/plugins. Which is not refundable in any way.<\/li><\/ul>
                                    \u00a0<\/div>
                                    • Furthermore, all of our products\/services are digital, so it is not possible to issue any refunds for money received with the work order.<\/li><\/ul>
                                      \u00a0<\/div>
                                      • If any person or organization\/customer places a work order with Focus IT Firm and instructs it to start work, but then expresses reluctance to take the website\/service and does not pay the full amount, Focus IT Firm can take legal action against that person as per the laws of the Government of Bangladesh. If necessary, attempts may be made to compensate for the damage by using the tools\/plugins\/themes used elsewhere.<\/li><\/ul>

                                        • Since Focus IT Firm uses various premium themes or plugins\/tools purchased from different companies, it may not match any other website in some cases, although we do a lot of custom designs. Focus IT Firm is not responsible in this case.<\/li><\/ul>

                                          • If a customer takes the service without reading the full terms and conditions and tries to present information against us that he should have known beforehand, his claim will be considered unreasonable.<\/li><\/ul>
